the lowdown
The Xceed platform needed a dedicated tool for operational teams that would offer complete control over event access. Until then, many processes were manual or relied on generic apps, which generated errors and slowed down entry. A solution adapted to the pace of events and directly connected to the Xceed ticketing and public relations system was needed.
the challenge
The biggest challenge was designing an app that could perform under pressure: in low-light conditions, with high volumes of attendees, and sometimes without a connection. It also had to incorporate critical features such as rapid ticket scanning (and its add-ons), manual check-ins for security, real-time capacity control, and management of walk-ins or last-minute tickets, all with a fast and intuitive interface.

Mobivery developed a robust and optimized app ideal for Xceed. It includes manual check-ins, ticket and extras scanning, access to PR lists, walk-in registration, and real-time capacity monitoring. The design focuses on speed and visibility, allowing for quick decision-making and maintaining complete control over the event experience. It can also be used offline.
