It depends on the requirements of current clients and whether the business has the necessary requirements prepared. But normally the project can get started in less than a month from when the definitive request is made.
Everything begins with a kick-off or setup meeting that for us is crucial. Everyone involved in development attends this meeting: client, salesperson, product owner, designers, and developers. During this meeting the product objectives are made clear to confirm that everyone’s goals are aligned. The product stack is revised at a high level to ensure that all parties provide information of interest, and that the client clearly understands how development is going to proceed.
