It depends on the requirements of current clients and whether the business has the necessary requirements prepared. But normally the project can get started in less than a month from when the definitive request is made.

Everything begins with a kick-off or setup meeting that for us is crucial. Everyone involved in development attends this meeting: client, salesperson, product owner, designers, and developers. During this meeting the product objectives are made clear to confirm that everyone’s goals are aligned. The product stack is revised at a high level to ensure that all parties provide information of interest, and that the client clearly understands how development is going to proceed.

We love for the client to be involved right from the beginning of the process. To make this possible via remote work we rely on cloud management tools that ensure transparency and effective communication.:

• We use Basecamp for the product’s management and documentation.
• You will be able to communicate with the team directly through Slack.
• The status of each task can be seen on Trello or Jira.
• We invite the client to participate in the daily and in all of the meetings regarding the project’s status.
• The product owner is in regular contact with the client in order to respond to requests or request feedback or requirements.
