We believe that creating a useful solution is fundamental, and towards that end we should understand exactly what sort of problem the digital product has been created to resolve. We study the documentation prepared by the business, in the case that such documentation exists, and set up a meeting to discover this need. If it is necessary to shape the idea in order to transform it into the first version of the product, we hold a workshop. On the other hand, if the project is clearly defined, we begin to develop the functional requirements and the product stack in order to assess the level of effort necessary to create the solution.

Devoting time to preparing for the workshop allows us to squeeze more juice out of the session. These are some of the things that can be worked on, among others:

• Describing the product, what problem it solves and to whom it is directed.
• What benefits your solution provides in comparison with the competition and how you plan to beat it.
• Thinking about what functionalities are necessary to cover the user’s needs and expectations.
• Drafting a sketch or mock-up that contains everything that the user will be able to do with the app.
• Thinking about aesthetic references from competitors or digital products that you have liked.

More than a million technology-based businesses are created every year. The majority fail due to not attending to the needs of the target audience or by making mistakes when it comes to estimating the product’s order of magnitude. But still others do not achieve their objective because the product that they need to create is not technically viable.

Beginning development with a proof of concept can make this clear from the beginning and answer the following questions:

✓Can a product with our technical requirements be developed?
✓Does the feasibility of the solution rely on third-party products?

The software auditing process allows us to evaluate the maintainability of apps. Without this analysis we are unable to find out whether or not the code is up to the standards of quality necessary for its growth. These are some of the advantages:
