Due to using a framework for agile project management like scrum, we provide the client with a clear and transparent view of the milestone progress being made on the project. After each two-week sprint, we inform the client about the progress made on the set tasks, and we evaluate possible improvements or changes requested by the client with the help of an experienced product owner.
We work with two price models. If the project has been completely defined and no substantial changes are going to be made during development, we can provide a set price.
If, on the other hand, we are working on a project where iteration is important or its complexity makes it difficult to define the scope, we opt to bill the hours spent by our team on the project during the invoicing period.
We can offer maintenance services after carrying out an audit of the code that indicates to us that the product can be maintained. A developer who is an expert on the product’s technology will draft a report that evaluates the different technical aspects and makes a conclusion regarding the viability of recovering the project after correcting bugs and errors.
