In a market full of job search applications, our client wanted to create something different, something that stood out for its simplicity and efficiency. That’s how Findr was born, inspired by the idea of Tinder. While other platforms require lengthy search processes, Findr offers a fast and direct approach: swipe to find the perfect job.

The challenge was to create a platform that was not only easy to use but also smart enough to offer you job opportunities that truly match your profile.

The idea was also to enable the creation of a CV quickly and instantly by pulling data from the user’s LinkedIn profile.

the solution

We have developed an innovative app, similar to Tinder, that connects you with job opportunities quickly and easily. You just need to swipe and explore the options that match your preferences.

We incorporated Artificial Intelligence into the app’s algorithm, which learns from your preferences and behaviors, showing only the job offers that best match your profile, experience, and aspirations.

Not only can you view job offers, but if you make a “match” with a company, you’ll have the opportunity to contact them directly through an integrated chat within the app. This allows you to interact quickly and effectively with potential employers, streamlining the selection process and bringing you closer to your next job. You’ll also be able to see the “likes” you receive from companies interested in your profile, giving you more control and visibility in your job search.
