the lowdown

Visa is known worldwide for offering financial services that facilitate electronic transfer of funds across the world, usually in the form of credit, debit, pre-paid, gift, and stored-value cards with the Visa brand.

the challenge

With Visa Benefits, the Visa brand wanted to create a mobile application in which cardholders can access information regarding the benefits included with each one of the credit or debit cards they offer. The objective in this case was to be at the level of the company’s other technological solutions, write robust and scalable code, and to complete a transfer of knowledge so that the product could be maintained by the company afterwards.

the solution

We began work with the visual aspect of the product, carrying out design in accordance with the Visa brand’s style guides. The result is an interface with a corporate character, appealing and easy to use for the user. The carousels of Visa cards stand out due to their visual appeal, and how easily they can be interacted with and moved from side to side. Work was also devoted to the UX/UI of the forms, which are very simple and easy to fill out.

From kick-off we kept closely in mind all of the functionalities that the product required in accordance with the client’s vision. We furthermore integrated the APIs provided by the company in order for the connection with the data to flow perfectly.

The objective being pursued by Visa Benefits was achieved, providing Visa’s clients information and functionality for their credit cards. In addition to displaying the benefits of the cards, it offers the possibility to request (secure) certificates related to vehicle rental, travel, guarantees, etc.
Claims can be carried out regarding these certificates and the user can get in contact with Visa’s customer service.
